That, The Hospital Del Salvador Is Part Of The Healthcare Network Of The Public Health System, And Does Not Have The Possibility Of Carrying Out All The Required Clinical Examinations Determinations, Leaving Some Unresolved And Which Are Necessary For The Timely And Accurate Diagnosis Of The Patients Beneficiaries Of The Public Health System; That, The Volume Of Requests For Examinations To The Outsourcing Office Of Each Type Of Determinations Is Very Low, Making It Difficult To Implement These Techniques In The Clinical Laboratory Of The Hospital Del Salvador, Given That This Would Become More Onerous, Due To The Fact Of Having To Buy Or Hire The Rental Of Equipment And Allocate Human Resources That Are Not Available, For The Performance Of This Type Of Examinations And The Number Of Determinations Involved; That, The Hospital Needs To Have The “Clinical Laboratory Exam Processing Service Group Three 3, For A Period Of Thirty-Six 36 Months For The Hospital Del Salvador”, In Order To Adequately And Efficiently Satisfy The Care Work During The Period 2026-2029;
