The Assembly Will Also Be Mechanized. It Includes Glazed Enclosures Between Laminated Wood, Radiators On The First Level And Mezzanines Structured In Wood, Ceilings Of Similar Materiality With Plywood And Plasterboard, Covered With Asphalt Membrane. It Also Includes Glt Stairs And An Elevator For Vertical Circulation. The Facilities Correspond To Electricity, Drinking Water, Sewage, And Air Conditioning. Paintings On Floors, Walls, Partitions, And Ceilings Are Considered Finishes. Everything And Especially The Elevator And Its Facilities Must Comply With Current Regulations On The Matter, Including Accessibility, Without The Contractor Being Able To Exempt Himself From Such Compliance By Delivering Everything In Working Order And With The Relevant Documentation. The Contractor Must Provide Periodic (Monthly) Maintenance Of The Elevator Throughout The Warranty Period In Accordance With What Is Established By The Manufacturer Of This Same Equipment.
