The Framework Will Replace Fragmented, Ad-Hoc Arrangements With A Coordinated Approach, Enabling The Government To Commission Qualified, Experienced And Appropriately Assured Professionals To Meet Urgent And Ongoing Service Needs. This Will Support Statutory Assessments, Safeguarding Responsibilities, And Short-Notice Teaching Cover Across Jersey Schools.
