The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Management Of Housing Stock And Non-Residential Premises Owned By The Municipality Of Šestajovice. The Administrator Will Comprehensively Ensure The Management And Operation Of The Housing Stock, Including Apartment Buildings, And Non-Residential Premises For The Owner, In Accordance With The Scope Of Activities, Within The Scope Of The Contract On The Management Of Housing Stock And Non-Residential Premises And Applicable Legal Regulations. The Scope Of The Housing Stock, Which Will Be Managed By The Supplier On The Basis Of The Agreement On The Management Of Housing Stock And Non-Residential Premises, Is 26 Apartments That Are Owned By The Municipality Of Šestajovice And Are Part Of Apartment Buildings (Hereinafter Also Housing Stock Or Apartments). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Expand The Inventory Of Properties During The Validity Of The Housing Fund Management Contract.
