Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy Requests Bids For The Renewal Of Heat Distribution Equipment And Accessories For 21 Different Locations In The Helsinki Area. The Bidder Can Submit A Bid For All Sub-Areas Or Individual Sub-Areas. The Procurement Unit Has Decided To Limit The Maximum Number Of Winning Bids To Two (2) Sub-Areas For Which The Bidder Can Be Selected. If The Bidder Is The Cheapest In More Than Two Sub-Areas, The Two Sub-Areas With The Highest Comparative Value Will Be Selected For The Bidder Based On The Bid Prices Given. The Next Cheapest Bidder Will Be Selected For The Parts With A Lower Comparative Price, Where A Bidder Could Not Be Selected Due To The Limitation. It Should Be Noted From The Calculation Documents That One Object May Include More Than One Heat Distribution Room Or Heat Package. Part 4 Contains An Energy Pilot Object Where, In Addition To Renewing The Heat Distribution Center, Radiator And Line Control Valve Renewal Work And Balancing Of The Heating Network Will Be Carried Out. Parts 5 And 6 Contain Hekas Special Residential Properties (Er). Pay More Attention To The Calculation Documents, That The Work Performed In The Sites Differs From Ordinary Heka Sites. In The Areas Of Kitchens And Care Activities, Breaks Should Be Arranged, Night Work Should Be Carried Out And The Operation Of Domestic Water Should Be Ensured. The Tenderer Must Give The Total Prices (Vat 0%) For The Contracts By Sub-Area / Competition In Accordance With The Description Of The Tender Request And The Scope Of The Documents Attached To It. The Total Contract Must Include All Work And Supplies To Complete The Work. Work On The Sites Should Start Approx. 4-8 Weeks (Estimated Delivery Times Of Heat Packs) After Signing The Contract (Estimate 05-06/2026). The Contractor Will Prepare A Work Schedule For The Replacement Work Of The Exchangers. Renovations Must Be Completed One Object At A Time, And All Renovations Must Be Mostly Ready By 09/2026 At The Latest. The Final Schedule Will Be Agreed Upon In More Detail During The Report Negotiations.
