The Service Includes The Care Of Green Plants Located Indoors And The Seasonal Planting Of Planters Located Outdoors And Their Care During The Contract Period. The Procurement Includes Two Interrelated Entities: 1) The Care Service Of Green Plants Owned By The Customer Located Indoors And 2) The Seasonal #Plantings Of Planters Located Outdoors And Their Care. More Detailed Content, Quality Requirements, Operating Methods, Response Times And The Suppliers Responsibilities Are Described In The Attached Service Description. The Terms Of The Contract For The Production Of The Service, The Management Of Deviations, Possible Contractual Fines, And The Error And Complaint Procedure Are Defined In The Draft Service Contract And The Jyse 2025 Services Terms And Conditions Applicable To The Procurement. The Plant Species, Number Of Pieces And Other Quantitative Information Presented In The Request For Tender Are Based On The Customers Estimate At The Time Of Preparing The Request For Tender. This Information Is Used For Comparing Offers And Does Not Bind The Subscriber During The Contract Period. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Minimum Quantities, And The Quantities May Change During The Contract Period According To The Subscribers Needs. The Service Must Be Proactive, Professional And Of Uniform Quality Throughout The Contract Period. The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Service Meets The Requirements Set Out In The Service Description And The Service Contract. If There Are Any Conflicts Between The Request For Tender And The Contract Documents, The Order Of Validity Of The Contract Documents, Which Is Presented In The Draft Service Contract, Will Be Followed. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Nine Years, After Which The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely.---The Tenderer Can Familiarize Himself With E.G.
