The Assignment Includes The Following Aspects: 1. The Delivery Of The Ict Performance For Supporting The Municipal Processes Of The Social Domain (Wmo, Youth Act And Special Assistance/Minimum Schemes), Both Front And Back Office; 2. Implementing The Ict Performance; 3. Realizing All Links From The Program Of Requirements; 4. Participating In A Data Protection Impact Assessment (Dpia) And Mitigating Any Resulting Risks; 5. Migrating/Importing Active Files: A. Wmo: 1,500 Files With Linked Facilities B. Youth Care: 1,500 Files With Linked Facilities C. Minimum Arrangements: 100 Files With Periodic Payments 6. Training 45 Employees So That They Can Use The Ict Performance Independently; 7. Managing And Maintaining The Ict Performance The Planned Commencement Date Of The Agreement Is September 1, 2026. The End Date Of The Agreement Is Set At Six (6) Years And Therefore Ends On September 1, 2032. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Extend This Basic Term Of The Agreement Two (2) Times For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Total Duration Of The Agreement Will Not Exceed Ten (10) Years And Will End By Operation Of Law At The End Of The Term, I.E. On September 1, 2036.
