The Assignment Concerns The Purchase Of Professional Cleaning Employees, Who Also Provide Guidance For Other Cleaning Employees Under The Participation Act And The Social Employment Act. The Client Provides Cleaning Services And Requires Additional Capacity For This. This Is Purchased In The Form Of Qualified Cleaning Employees. In The Context Of This Assignment, The Contractor Must Make Approximately 15 Fte Cleaning Employees Available To The Client. The Client Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor Who Meets The Conditions For The Execution Of The Assignment During The Term Of The Agreement. The Annual Scope Of The Work Is Estimated At €700,000 To €800,000 Excluding Vat. For The Initial Contract Period Of 2 Years, The Estimated Value Is Between € 1,400,000 And € 1,600,000. The Total Estimated Value Of The Agreement, Based On The Maximum Contract Duration Of Ten Years, Is Approximately € 7,000,000 To € 8,000,000, Excluding Vat, Excluding Indexation.
