A Tender Has Been Announced For The Purchase Of One Intermediate Voltage Intermediate Transformer: 1.6 Mva (22/(11.0)/6.6 Kv), Ik1754, According To The Attached Technical Requirements And Forms. The Delivery And Handover Of The Transformer Takes Place In The Following Stages: 1. The Seller Will Deliver The Goods No Later Than 31.08.2026. A And Stores The Goods, If Necessary, Until 31.12.2026. A. After The Delivery Of The Goods, The Buyer Pays The Seller 60% Of The Amount Specified In Clause 4.1 Of The Contract; 2. If Necessary, The Seller Will Transport The Goods To The Buyers Warehouse At Keki 5, Keila 76606, Harju County No Later Than 31.12.2026. After The End Date Of Storage Of The Goods And/Or Transportation Of The Goods To The Buyers Warehouse, The Buyer Pays The Seller The Remaining 40% Of The Amount Specified In Clause 4.1 Of The Contract.
