The Delivery And Handover Of The Transformer Takes Place In The Following Stages: 1. The Seller Will Deliver The Goods No Later Than 31.08.2026. A And Stores The Goods, If Necessary, Until 31.12.2026. A. After The Delivery Of The Goods, The Buyer Pays The Seller 60% Of The Amount Specified In Clause 4.1 Of The Contract; 2. If Necessary, The Seller Will Transport The Goods To The Buyers Warehouse At Keki 5, Keila 76606, Harju County No Later Than 31.12.2026.
