The Object Of The Service Is The Delivery To The University Catering Facilities Fresh Beef (Lot 1), Fresh Pork (Lot 2) And Fresh Poultry (Lot 3). The Lots Can Be Awarded Separately. The Aim Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Company Per Lot. Term From June 1St, 2026 To May 31St, 2028 - With An Option To Extend By 2 X 1 Year. Price Adjustments Can Be Made Monthly For Lots 1 & 2 And Quarterly For Lot 3 In Accordance With The Price Escalation Clause. The Notice Period Is 5 Months To The End Of The Contract. If This Is Not Used, The Contract Is Automatically Extended For Another Year. The Contract Ends Automatically No Later Than May 31, 2030, Without The Need For Termination.
