As Part Of The Municipalitys Overall Plan For Health, Care And Coping (2024–2034), It Has Been Decided To Establish New Round-The-Clock Housing As Well As Strengthen And Further Develop The Service Offer At Sandetun. The Aim Is To Meet Future Capacity Needs And Ensure A Modern, Sustainable And Well-Coordinated Service Offer. The Competition Applies To: Demolition Of 12 Existing Municipal Housing Erection Of A New Building Rehabilitation Of Buildings C And D Rehabilitation Of Building H For Further Use As A Day Center For People Living At Home With Dementia As Part Of The Construction Of The New Building, Covered Parking Spaces Will Be Established, Adapted For Company Cars And Electric Cars. Services Included In The Project: 30 New Round-The-Clock Care Homes Activity Offer For People Living At Home With Dementia Premises For Home Care Premises For Mental Health And Addiction (User-Related Services) Premises For Rehabilitation And Coping (User-Related Services) Activity Offer For Mental Health And Addiction Support Functions. The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. A Draft Of The Competition Basis Itself Is Attached To This Qualification Basis.
