Request for proposals for Website Redesign Nusaned is a non-governmental organization dedicated to helping vulnerable people. We are seeking proposals from qualified web development vendors to redesign our current website, https://nusaned.org, to improve usability, modernize its look, and integrate new functionalities for upcoming programs. 1. Background Our current website has received feedback indicating that it appears outdated and heavy in design and functionality. The redesign should address these issues while supporting upcoming program launches, including payment gateways and newsletter subscriptions. 2. Objectives The main goals of this redesign are: Modern, user-friendly, and responsive design Mobile-friendly and fast-loading pages Integration of online payment systems Newsletter subscription functionality Support for potential future program updates Overall improved user experience and navigation 3. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be expected to: Redesign the entire website with a modern, responsive design Implement online payment integration Add newsletter subscription functionality Migrate existing content and add new content provided by Nusaneds Executive Director Provide technical documentation and training for website management Ensure website security, backups, and performance optimization 4.
