Tenders are invited for PSS Facilitator for Beirut and Mount Lebanon. Planning and implementation, · Implement the sessions in a periodical manner and evaluate each session with the beneficiaries. · Implement PSS curricula for Women, men, adolescent girls, and adolescent boys. · Revise sessions according to each feedback/evaluation, and constantly adapt approaches and exercises with the Psychosocial Support Technical officer follow-up. · Ensure that all beneficiaries are aware of any Feedback and Complaint Mechanism. · Ensure any specific organization assessment tools are implemented where applicable. Facilitation, · Ensure the use of good facilitation skills that make the beneficiaries feel comfortable and enhance their participation and personal development. · Ensure that beneficiaries are not exposed to any form of harm or stress during the activity and that they feel safe and respected. · Ensure participation of beneficiaries in the program in a non-discriminatory, and gender-sensitive appropriate approach. · Respect and Abid by the organizations internal code of conduct and child protection/safeguarding policy. Reporting and referral · Report any medium/high-risk cases to the project manager who will then refer them to the appropriate pathways. · Submit report to the project manager, and any other report when requested. Deliverables: Curriculum for the sessions Well-facilitated 20 PSS sessions (4 groups/ 5 sessions for each group). Post report. Required Qualifications and Experience: University degree in sociology, psychology, or any other related fields At least 1-year experience working in a similar position Have experience working with women and adolescent girls.
