Networking, Internet And Intranet Software Development Services – Inter-Building Operator Connections And Internet Access For The City Of Versailles, Its Ccas And The Versailles Grand Parc Urban Community. As The Contract Comes To An End, It Is Imperative To Renew It To Maintain Continuity Of Services. The Contract Covers The Following Services: Inter-Building Operator Connections And Internet Access For The City Of Versailles, Its Ccas And The Versailles Grand Parc Urban Community. The Place Of Performance Of The Services Are The Cities Of Versailles, Its Ccas And The Urban Community Of Versailles Grand Parc. The Services Will Be Carried Out At The Different Locations Indicated On The Order Forms As Well As In Appendices 1 And 2 Of The Cctp. The Services Of The Contract Are Broken Down Into Two Technical Items As Follows: Item 1: Inter-Building Links (Wan) And Centralized Internet Access Item 2: Adsl/Mpls Links The Form Chosen For The Execution Of The Contract Is That Of The Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Without Minimum And With Single-Award Maximum. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. For The Provision Of Services, The Technical Requirements Are Defined In The Cctp. The Execution Times For Purchase Orders Are Defined In Article 4 Of The Ccap. The Prices Are Unitary And The Revision Methods Are Defined In Article 5 Of The Ccap. Penalties Are Defined In Article 8 Of The Ccap
