The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Acting As A Substitute Investor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Building For The Needs Of The Masovian Institute Of Culture At Ul. Marszałkowska 28 In Warsaw. 2. The Scope Of The Substitute Investors Service Is Divided Into 4 Stages. 1) Stage I - Monitoring, Inspection And Acceptance Of Design And Cost Documentation; The Scope Of Which Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Opz, Along With Verification Of Its Proper Implementation In Accordance With The Terms Of The Project Agreement, Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 2) Stage Ii - Participation In The Tender Committee In The Procedure For Awarding A Contract For Construction Works Including The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Building For The Needs Of The Masovian Institute Of Culture At Ul. Marszałkowska 28 In Warsaw As An Expert; 3) Stage Iii - Comprehensive Investor Supervision Over The Implementation, Current And Final Settlement Of The Investment, Putting The Investment Into Use, 4) Stage Iv - Supervision Over The Removal Of Defects During The Warranty And Warranty Period. - Whereas Stages Ii - Iv Are Covered By Option Rights Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option By Commissioning The Contractor To Perform Services Covered By Individual Stages No. Ii, Iii Or Iv Under The Conditions Specified In The Ppu.
