Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Neustadt Marine Barracks, Renovation Of The Fire Hall In Building 49, Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors. Property Planning Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With § 34 Hoai, Fee Zone Iii, Service Phases 2-9, Special Services _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Fire Hall Or Fire Defense Training Hall (Bad Hall) Is Used For Practical Training In Fire Investigation And Fire Fighting. It Is Used All Year Round As A Training And Education Center (Marine Operational Training Center For Damage Prevention) By The Bundeswehr Navy. In The Fire Hall, Various Real And Realistic Fire Cases Are Produced By The Training Staff And Then Fought Individually By The Training Participants. Due To The Defined Nature Of The Training Program, The Fire Hall Is Not Classified As A Fire Simulation Hall Or Facility. +++++ The Fire Hall (Buildings 49 A And B) Is Operated Using The Following Technical Areas, Some Of Which Are Located In Other Buildings: • Control Room For The System Control And Technical Room, Building 51 • Exhaust Air Purification System, Extension To The Fire Hall, Building 49 (F) • Filter And Dirty Water Treatment, Building 50 +++++ Building 49 Is A Single-Story Building With A Pyramid-Shaped Roof. The Smoke From The Fires Is Collected Via The Roof, Led To The Exhaust Air Purification System And Cleaned There. The Contaminated Water Is Led To Building 50 (Dirty Water Treatment) Via A Pump Station (Between Buildings 49 And 50). The Technology In Building 49 Is Controlled Via The Control Room In Building 51. +++++ The Construction Project Consists Of Different Buildings And Systems, As Well As Several Sections That Are Functionally, Spatially And Economically Separated. The Renovation Includes The Entire Building 49, The Exhaust Air Purification System And All Wastewater Pipes Up To The Wastewater Treatment. The Exhaust Air Purification System Is In Serious Need Of Renovation Or Is Missing; This Needs To Be Checked As Part Of The Measure. The Waste Water Treatment Plant (Building 50) Is Excluded From The Renovation. +++++ The Extent Of The Renovation Of The Fire Hall - Building 49, Results From The Condition Assessment. Components Here Include Damaged, Contaminated, Corroded And Deformed Components, Such As The Roof Covering. In Addition, Glass Roofs, Ventilation Grilles, Gates, Doors, Etc. Must Be Adapted, Renewed And Replaced According To Requirements. In Order To Avoid Environmental Damage, Any Cleaning And Extinguishing Water That Escapes From The Building Must Be Collected And Disposed Of Properly And Professionally. Surfaces Must Be Prepared Accordingly As Part Of The Renovation. There Is A Risk That The Existing Surfaces And Pipes Could Be Contaminated With Pfas/Pfos. The Assessment Of Building 51 (Ventilation Systems, Electrical Systems, User-Specific Systems, Building And System Automation In Building 51, As Well As The Locations Building Management System) Is Not Part Of The Condition Assessment
