Building Services Consultancy Services – City Of: Call For Applications Relating To The Mission Of Consulting Engineer In Technical Engineering With A View To The Conclusion Of A Negotiated Contract To Be Awarded As Part Of A Project To Renovate An Island In The Protected Sector Of The Gare District In Luxembourg-City With The Creation Of Social Housing. Renovation, Transformation And Energy Renovation Of A Residential Block In The Protected Sector Comprising 5 Houses Probably Dating From The 1940S. The Buildings Concerned Are Located In The Protected Sector Of The City Of Luxembourg And Represent A Scale Of Approximately 1,360 M2. The Houses Will Be Repurposed Into Small Housing Units For People In Need. The Mission Provides For The Energy Renovation Of The Thermal Envelope, While Respecting The Architectural Qualities Of The Built Heritage.
