Building Surveying Services – Building Supervision Activity For The Project: Stakčín - Intensification Of The Water Treatment Plant. The Successful Bidder Will Ensure The Performance Of Supervision Over The Execution Of Works On The Stakčin Construction Site - Intensification Of The Water Treatment Plant In Accordance With The Contract For The Works, Concluded Between The Purchaser (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client) And The Contractor, So That All Works On The Construction Site Are Carried Out In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Stn And Technical Specifications, Within The Specified Time And Within The Price Agreed In The Contract For The Works And In Compliance With The Conditions Determined By The Agreement On The Provision Of Construction Supervision Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement). The Construction Deals With The Fundamental Reconstruction And Intensification Of The Water Treatment Plant With The Aim Of Implementing Radical Changes In The Technological Equipment, Which Also Require Changes In The Building Structures During The Full Operation Of The Work. The Services Provided To The Successful Tenderer Include Activities Related To The Control Of The Design And Technical Documentation Of The Building, Supervision Of The Execution Of Construction Work On The Site, Management Of The Contract For The Work Concluded Between The Client And The Contractor And Activities Related To The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Of The Client According To The Contract For The Work. The Successful Applicant Will Perform Supervision Of Works On The Construction Site In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Generally Binding Legislation Of The Slovak Republic, In Particular He Will Ensure Compliance With The Procedures According To Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Construction Act And On Amendments And Supplements To Certain Acts (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Act), Act No. 138/1992 Coll. On Authorized Architects And Authorized Construction Engineers And Obligations According To § 2 Par. 3 And 4 Of The Government Of The Slovak Republic Regulation No. 396/2006 Coll. On Minimum Safety And Health Requirements For The Construction Site. The Successful Bidder Will Act/Appear On Behalf Of The Client During The Implementation Of The Work Contract And Will Be Responsible For Supervising The Quality And Quantity Of The Completed Works In Accordance With The Project Documentation, The Work Schedule And The Construction Budget. The Range Of Services Provided By The Contractor As Part Of The Performance Of Construction Supervision Activities During Construction Works Is Specified In More Detail In The Tender Documents. During The Provision Of Services, The Supplier Is Obliged To Cooperate Closely With All Interested Parties.
