Description: ● Smart Pedestrian Crossings And Friendly For The Disabled - The Smart Pedestrian Crossing System Will Ensure The Safe Passage Of Pedestrians In The Area ● Smart Energy Management Systems For Municipal And School Buildings ● Management System For Municipal Cemeteries And Digitization Of Files ● Platform For Managing Daycare Centers And Informing Parents With A Smart Application ● Management Of Indoor And Outdoor Sports, Culture And Entertainment Areas ● Electronic Payment Management System ● Integrated Protection Infrastructure Against Cyberattacks (Network Firewall, End Point Security, Waf, Etc.) ● Central Single Platform For Management And Data Collection Of Digital Transformation Actions For The Signing Of The Contract, The Provision Of A Performance Guarantee Is Required, In Accordance With Article 72 Par. 4 Of Law 4412/2016, The Amount Of Which Amounts To 4% Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract And Is Deposited Until The Signing Of The Agreement. In Addition, It Is Required To Provide A Good Working Guarantee To Repair The Defects That Arise Or The Damages Caused By The Malfunction Of The Goods During The Good Working Guarantee Period. The Amount Of The Good Performance Guarantee Is Set At 2% Of The Contract Value And Is Increased By 1% For Each Additional Year Of Guarantee Offered By The Prospective Contractor Beyond The First Two (2). The Warranty Period For The Good Operation Or Maintenance Of The Supply Is Defined As At Least Two (2) Years From The Date Of Its Receipt By The Competent Committee.
