Supervision Of Construction Work – Investor Supervision Services Over Works Entitled: Expansion Of The Waste Composting Plant On The Premises Of The Waste Management Plant Czysta Błękitna Kraina Sp. Z O. O. In Czarnówko”. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Comprehensive Investor Supervision Services For A Task Co-Financed By The European Union. Construction Works As Well As These Supervision Services Are Co-Financed By The European Union Under Measure Fenx.01.04 Waste Management And Circular Economy Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Covering The Task Entitled Expansion Of The Waste Composting Plant On The Premises Of The Waste Management Plant Czysta Błękitna Kraina Sp. Z O. O. In Czarnówek. The Expansion Of The Composting Plant Is Also Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection In Gdańsk. In The Documentation, The Works Are Also Called Task/Works/Construction Works/Investment. 2. It Is Assumed That The Services Of The Supervision Inspector Will Be Provided Until The Completion Of Construction Works, Final And Operational Tests And Their Settlement. 3. The Planned Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works Is The Signing Of The Contract For The Works (In The First Half Of May 2026). The Deadline For Completing The Construction Works Is 9 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Construction Contractor, Including The Completion Of Final Tests (The Duration Of The Tests Is 30 Days) And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Deadline For Operational Tests Is 6 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Order By The Supervision Inspector. 4. The Services Will Be Performed Until The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works Is Prepared And The Investment Is Settled. The Inspector Will Not Provide Services During The Maintenance Period. 5. The Duties Of The Supervision Inspector Team Include: A) Organization And Coordination Of The Investment Process. B) Performing Investor Supervision Activities In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 In The Field Of: - Construction, - Installation Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas And Water Supply Networks. And Sewage,  Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices. C) Advising The Ordering Party In The Event Of Difficulties Or Disputes During The Implementation Of The Task. 6. The Ordering Party Allows Combining The Positions Of Industry Inspectors If The Person/S Have The Required Experience And Qualifications As Specified In The Swz Authorizations Required By The Ordering Party, Which Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Issued Regulations And The Corresponding Authorizations Issued To Citizens Of The European Economic Area And The Swiss Confederation, Subject To Article 12A And Other Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Act On The Principles Of Recognition Of Professional Qualifications Acquired In The Member States Of The European Union
