Demolition Services Of Ships – Dismantling Services Of Two Maritime Vessels, Project P157. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 24 Months With A Single Economic Operator Whose Offer Will Be Declared Admissible After Evaluating The Offers And Applying The Award Criteria. The Service Provider Must Carry Out Ship Dismantling Operations In Specially Arranged Places - Dry Dock, Floating Dock, The Location Being Ensured By Him Throughout The Duration Of The Dismantling Activity. The Service Provider Must Carry Out The Ship Dismantling Operations In A Location Specialized In This Regard, On The Territory Of Romania. If The Winner Of The Public Procurement Procedure Does Not Own A Dock With The Necessary Technical Capabilities To Carry Out Such An Operation, It Has The Possibility To Rent A Dock Approved By The Environment Agency For The Dismantling Of Ships Of The Size And Scope Mentioned Above. The Provider Must Carry Out The Depollution Of The Ships And Lift Them To The Dock, Where The Dismantling Activity Is To Be Carried Out, This Involves Emptying The Tanks Of Oil Residues, Recovery Of Oils And Fats, Recovery, Recycling Of Used Batteries. The Provider Must Clean The Hull Of The Ships Of Organic Matter And Ensure Their Disposal In An Ecological Way.
