The Rolling Stock Company Has Acquired 81 Stadler Flirt Train Units, Whose National Type Name Is Sm5. All Sm5 Train Units Have Been Supplied By Stadler Bussnang Ag Between 2009 And 2017. The Aim And Purpose Of Junakalusto Oy Is To Ensure That The Value And Quality Of Sm5 Train Units And Their Components Are Maintained, And To Secure The Controlled Development Of Sm5 Train Units And Their Components Throughout Their Life Cycle. In Addition, Junakalusto Oys Goal Is To Reduce The Maintenance, Operating And Life Cycle Costs Of Sm5 Train Units. Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Installation Of Advertising Display Positions For Sm5 Train Units In Accordance With The Prepared Plans. The End Result Of The Assignment Is That The Advertising Screens Can Be Installed And Connected Directly To The Realized Installation Locations. The Installation Of Advertising Display Locations Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Train Unit Is Out Of Service For A Maximum Of Two (2) Days. During Serial Installations, Two (2) Train Units Can Be Assigned To The Installations At The Same Time. Procurement Procedure The Tender Is Carried Out As An Open Procedure In Accordance With The Law On The Procurement Of Units Operating In The Fields Of Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services (1398/2016, Later The Special Sector Procurement Law). In An Open Procedure, The Procuring Entity Publishes A Procurement Notice And Makes Available A Request For Tenders, On The Basis Of Which All Willing Suppliers Can Submit A Tender. Contract Period The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period From The Date Of Signing Until The Obligations Under The Contract Have Been Fulfilled. The Installation Of All 81 Train Unit Advertising Display Locations That Are The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Completed Within 31 Weeks At The Latest. According To The Procurement Target Schedule Described Below, The Contract Will Be Signed In Week 20/2026, So The Installations Must Be Completed No Later Than 18 December 2026, If The Signing Of The Procurement Contract Is Not Delayed. Technical Documents Are Handed Over Against A Confidentiality Obligation (Appendix 6). The Tenderer Must Submit A Signed Confidentiality Agreement By Email To [email protected], After Which The Procurement Unit Will Deliver The Documents To The Tenderer. Em.
