The Study Assignment Is Divided Into 3 Categories Of Infrastructure Projects: - Multi: Large Infrastructure Projects With Subsidies And/Or Multiple Clients - Normal: Sewerage And/Or Road Projects Without Subsidy - Creative: With An Emphasis On Landscape Design Or Optimal Economic Solution. The Study Per Project Can Consist Of The Preparation Of A Feasibility Study, The Preparation Of A (Preliminary) Design Study Up To And Including The Follow-Up Of The Tender Procedure, The Supervision Of The Execution Of The Works, The Disconnection Study Of The Private Lots And Any Additional Studies Related To The Assignment As Described In Detail In The Technical Regulations In These Specifications. The Assignment Is Divided Into 3 Parts, Which In Turn Are Divided Into Various Fixed And Conditional Sub-Assignments: Part 1: Infrastructure Study • Sub-Assignment 1A - Fixed Part: Infrastructure File • Sub-Assignment 1B - Fixed Part: Safety Coordination Part 2: Disconnection Study • Sub-Assignment 2A - Conditional Part: Drawing Up A Disconnection Study Part 3: Additional Studies Related To The Project • Sub-Assignment 3A - Conditional Part: According To Direction Hours • Sub-Assignment 3B - Conditional Part: Through Coordination Of Competitions To Third Parties. The Contractor Submits A Quotation For The Full Scope Of The Assignment, Including The Fixed And Conditional Parts. However, The Award Of The Contract Only Entitles The Contractor To Execute The Fixed Parts. The Conditional Parts Will Be Carried Out If, During Or After The Execution Of The Fixed Part, It Appears That An Additional Partial Assignment Is Required. The Execution Of A Conditional Part Depends On A Separate Decision By The Contracting Authority That Will Be Notified To The Contractor. Non-Execution Of One Or More Conditional Parts Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Any Compensation Of Any Kind. In Pricing Its Quotation, The Tenderer Takes Into Account That The General Costs And Profit Must Be Divided Proportionally Among The Various Sub-Assignments. The Contracting Authority Will Specifically Monitor This In Its Price Analysis.
