Construction Work – Ai 2026-0024 Smh P2: Dakpark. Smh P2: Dakpark Municipality Of Amsterdam Is Working On The Development Of The Smart Mobility Hub (Smh). The Smh Houses A Mobility Hub For Ten Different Forms Of Mobility, With A Publicly Accessible Sports Park On The Roof Of Approximately 4 Hectares With Various Sports And Exercise Facilities In A Park-Like Environment. Social And Commercial Facilities Will Be Housed In The Plinth Of The Building, Including A Winter Shelter For The Homeless (100 Beds). The Building Also Acts As An Energy And Climate Buffer For The Surrounding Areas. In Short, An Example Of An Integrated Project In Which The Stacking Of Functions From The Various Standards On A Small Surface Area Forms A Logical Development. The Building Has A Gross Floor Area Of ​​Over 110,000 M2. For The Development Of The Building, Various Departments (I.E. Traffic & Public Space, Sports & Forests, Land & Development, Social Real Estate) Of The Municipality Of Amsterdam Are Working Together To Realize This Unique Project. The Parking Department, Municipal Real Estate And Sports And Forests Are Involved In The Future Management And Operation. The Municipality Of Amsterdam (Hereinafter: The Contracting Authority) Has Chosen To Divide The Smh Project Into Three Lots, Each Of Which Will Be Tendered Separately And In Different Time Periods. Each Plot Has Its Own Tender Process And An Independent Contract Is Concluded.
