Point, For Each Tire • You Must Enter The Product Manufacturer And The Product Manufacturers Id/Drawing Number Of The Tread Strip Offered For Refurbishing In The Table Of Offer Prices; • You Must Enter The License Number For The Use Of The E Or E Approval Mark In The Table Of Offer Prices And Submit A Copy Of The License And Its Notification Annex; • You Must Indicate The Profile Depth Measured In The Main Channel Of The Runway Proposed For Renovation In The Table Of Offer Prices; • You Must Submit The Manufacturers Document(S) Of The Running Strip Containing The Profile Depth Data Of The Running Strip Recommended For Renovation; • You Must Submit A Statement Issued By The Manufacturer Of The Treadmill Recommended For Renovation, Or A Certificate From The Manufacturer Of The Treadmill; • You Must Submit A Photo Or Drawing Of The Pattern Of The Running Strip Proposed For Renovation. As A Condition For The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Bidder Stipulates That, In The Event Of A Win, The Bidder Must Have A Valid Professional Liability Insurance For The Subject Of Procurement With A Limit Of At Least Huf 2 Million Per Claim, And A Total Limit Of At Least Huf 20 Million In Damages. In Case Of Winning, The Bidder Must Submit A Simple Copy Of The Relevant Policy Or The Certificate Issued By The Insurance Company That Took Out The Liability Insurance No Later Than The Date Of The Conclusion Of The Contract.
