Relocation Services – Framework Agreement For Services Within The Scope Of Stadium Management At The Jahnstadion Regensburg. The City Of Regensburg, Represented By The Management Company Arena Regensburg (Hereinafter Referred To As Ag), Opened The Jahnstadion Regensburg (Hereinafter Referred To As Arena) In July 2015. For The Operational Operation Of The Arena, The Ag Uses Stadtwerk Regensburg.Bäder Und Arenan Gmbh (Hereinafter Referred To As The Operator). The Operator Manages The Arena In The Name And On Behalf Of The Client. The Operator Is The Responsible Contact Person For All Operational Organizational Issues. A Service Provider Is Needed To Operate The Arena And Provide Technical, Organizational And Personal Support To The Operating Staff As Part Of Stadium Management. For This Purpose, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Term From July 1St, 2026 To June 30Th, 2027. This Fixed Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Automatically Extended By One Year Unless The Client Or The Contractor Notifies In Writing At Least Six Months Before The End Of The Term (December 31) That The Framework Agreement Will Not Be Extended. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended A Maximum Of Two Times For One Year Each And Ends By June 30, 2029 At The Latest.
