Z O.O.. 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10. 2. Other Requirements And Comments: 1) During The Period Of Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00. 2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Swimming Pool Be Open 7 Days A Week: A) In May And June: - Monday To Friday From 10:00 To 19:00, - On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 10:00 To 19:00, B) In The High Season Of July/August: - From Monday To Friday From 10:00 To 21:00, - On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 10:00 To 22:00, Subject To Point 3, C) In September: - Monday To Friday From 14:00 To 19:00, - On Saturdays And Sundays From 12:00 To 19:00. 3) On Two Saturdays In July, Two Saturdays In August And One Saturday In September, The Swimming Pool Opening Hours May Be Extended To 23:00. Shortening The Response Time To Failures, Securing Damaged Devices, And Acts Of Vandalism Are The Criteria For Evaluating The Offer In This Procedure. 6) Before Submitting An Offer, It Is Recommended To Inspect The Facility On Site. 3. Other Information. 1) Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. Moreover, The Order May Be Performed By A Contractor Belonging To The Sme Sector. 2) The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding, Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, Contracts Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services, In Total Up To 500% Of The Contract Value, In Accordance With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3) Variant Offers Are Not Allowed. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. 4.
