The Quantities Contained In Table No. 1 Are Indicative (Estimated) And May Change At Their Discretion And Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, And The Contracting Authority May Not Order All The Declared Quantities Or Request More Than The Estimated Number For All Or Any Of The Types Of Devices Within The Term Of Execution Of This Contract; B) Provision Of A Hardware-Software Solution For Monitoring, Analysis And Reporting; C) Initial Distribution And Delivery Of Devices As Described In Distribution Of Devices By Location - Appendix No. 1 To The Technical Specification (Including Installation Of Drivers To 3362 Users); D) Training Users And Administrators To Work With The Devices; E) Ensuring Continuity Of Access To Printing, Copying, Scanning And Sending/Receiving Fax Activities, Including At Border Crossings With Working Mode (24X7); F) Ensuring Redundancy Of The Decision (Redirection Of The Seal To Another Device Until The Removal Of A Service Or Other Incident), Including Provision Of A Turnover Device In Case Of Need For Repair Of The Device In An Authorized Service Center; G) A System For Monitoring And Controlling The Devices, In Order To Service And Maintain Them; H) Ability To Increase/Decrease The Number Of Used Devices For The Service Period; I) Possibility Of Relocating Devices Already Put Into Operation, According To Changes In The Needs Of The Customs Agency For The Period Of Service; J) Decommissioning The Devices After The Conclusion Of The Agreement; 2. Main Activity 2: Analysis And Inventory Of The Available Document Arrays On Paper And Electronic Media In The Archive Funds Of The Customs Agency. During The Implementation Of The Activity, The Following Will Be Carried Out: A) Preparation Of An Analysis Of All Types Of Documents Available In Archives; B) Inventory Of Archival Funds And Output Of Volumes In Number Of Paper Media For Document Types, Versions, Formats, Type Of Contents, Condition Of Paper Media And Location By Locations/Units In The Customs Agency
