Tenders are Invited for Supply and Delivery of Fish Feed (to be Supplied and Delivered on a Monthly Basis as Per the Delivery Schedule.) Non-Refundable Bid Fee (SLR) Rs.3,500.00 The Relevant Bidding Documents can be Inspected Free of Charge at the following Location during Office Hours from 9.00 a.m. To 3.00 p.m. Up to 23.03.2026. Further Information can be Obtained from the Procurement Officer on Telephone Numbers 011 2786544/075 9572544. For Every Bid Exceeding Rs. 5 Million, the Bidder shall Submit a Valid Certificate (Pca 03) Issued by the Registrar of Public Contracts, in Accordance with Section 8 of the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987, Together with the Bid. Bids shall Remain Valid for Ninety-One (91) Days, up to 23.06.2026, from the Deadline for Bid Submission, in Accordance with the General Conditions. The Bidding Documents may be Obtained by Submitting a Written Request along with the Non-Refundable Bid Fee during the Period Specified in Clause 03 above All Bids Properly Completed in Accordance with the General Conditions shall be Accompanied by a Bid Security as Specified in Clause 02 above, Either in Cash or Issued by a Commercial Bank Approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, and shall be Deposited in Tender Box No. 01 or Sent by Registered Post so as to be Received on or before 2.00 p.m. On 24.03.2026 at the Address Given below.
