At The Birsfelden Power Plant (Kwb) Of Kraftwerke Birsfelden Ag, The Fish Passage Aids (Fish Ascent And Descent) Must Be Renovated Due To The Requirements Of The Water Protection Act. The Client Expressly Reserves The Right To Award The Engineering Services For The Next Project Phases 4-6 According To Sia Freely And Without A New Planner Tender To The Successful Tenderer, Under The Same Conditions Of The Planning Contract Sub-Phases 32/33. The Client Also Reserves The Right To Re-Tender Any Follow-Up Orders.
