Software Maintenance And Repair Services - Agreement - Framework On The Basis Of Which Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Object Of Providing Access Services, Maintenance, Licenses And Specialized Support Services For The Modeling System Of Operational Processes With Electronic Flow Of Documents. Agreement - Framework Based On Which Subsequent Contracts/Additional Documents Will Be Concluded With The Object Of Providing Access Services, License Maintenance And Specialized Support Services For The Operational Process Modeling System With Electronic Flow Of Documents, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 2: Specifications. License Maintenance Access Services And Specialist Support Services For The Modeling System Of Operational Processes With Electronic Document Flow Will Have Two Components:  License Maintenance Access Services, Valid For Periods Of 12 Months Each, In Order To Ensure Access To Elo Software Updates, Respectively Functional And Security Updates Of The Manufacturer, Access To Fixes And Improvements Regarding The Security Of The Server Base Platform And Software Clients, Corrections Of Bugs Discovered Along The Way On The Platform Or Features New/Updated, Brought By The Manufacturer To The Licensed Program, Access To New Versions, Which Ensure The Operation Of The System Within The Necessary Parameters;  Specialized Support Services, Provided On Request, Depending On The Needs That Arise, Within The Limit Of A Maximum Of 1000 Hours During The Period Of The Framework Agreement, In Order To Migrate The System To The Latest Version Available At The Manufacturer (Elo 25), As Well As To Access The Knowledge Base Of The Manufacturer Or Authorized Suppliers, Respectively To Benefit From The Experience Of At Least One Specialist In Advanced Platform Management. Specialized Support Services Will Be Provided At Ancoms Request, Whenever Deemed Necessary. The Frequency And Value Of Subsequent Contracts To Be Awarded: At Least One Subsequent Contract/Year. The Subsequent Contracts/Additional Documents Will Be Assigned In Such A Way As To Ensure During The Entire Period Of The Framework Agreement The Possibility To Acquire, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, Access Services, Maintenance Licenses And Specialist Support Services For The Modeling System Of Operational Processes With Electronic Flow Of Documents, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 2: Specifications. The Estimated Value, Without Vat, Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 573,750.00 Lei Estimated Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Framework Agreement: I. License Maintenance Access Services: - Minimum Quantity – Minimum 1 Service; - Maximum Quantity - Maximum 2 Services. Ii. Specialized Support Services For The Modeling System Of Operational Processes With Electronic Flow Of Documents, Upon Request: - Minimum Quantity – Minimum 200 Hours; - Maximum Quantity – Maximum 1000 Hours, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications. Estimated Quantities That Could Be Requested Within A Single Subsequent Contract: I. License Maintenance Access Services: - Minimum Quantity – Minimum 1 Service; - Maximum Quantity – 1 Serving. Ii. Special Support Services
