Coffee, Tea And Related Products - European Public Tender - Hot Drink Facilities. The Scope Of This Assignment Includes The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of The Hot Drinks Facility On A Lease Basis And The Supply Of Associated Ingredients. In Addition, The Client Wishes To Lease Eight (8) Water Coolers During The Entire Contract Period, Including The Associated Technical Maintenance. The Client Distinguishes Two Types Of Service Provision: - Basic Service Provision: The Contractor Is Responsible For Technical Maintenance. - Full Service Provision: The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For All Operational, Technical And Facility Work Required To Keep The Vending Machines Operational, Clean And Stocked On A Daily Basis, Including Ordering And Timely Replenishing All Necessary Ingredients. The Assignment Concerns 45 Client Locations, Where One Or More Machines Are Installed. This Includes Residential Locations, Schools, Offices, Residential Units And Outpatient Care Locations. These Locations Can Be Owned By The Client, Rented Or Used On Loan. The Client Wishes To Use The Basic Service At 39 Locations, With A Total Of 57 Hot Drink Facilities. Full-Service Provision Is Required At 6 Locations, With A Total Of 9 Hot Drinks Facilities. See Appendix I For The Location List. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is € 150,000 Excluding Vat Per Year.
