Execution Of Works Related To Contract Bh-Cl 05 - Extension And Rehabilitation Of Water Supply And Sewage Networks In Oradea - Zone 4 - Rev01, Including: - Extension Of The Water Supply Network In The City Of Oradea - Zone 4 With The Length Of L= 3,173 M, 34 Hydrants, 257 Branches, 15 Valves; - Rehabilitation Of The Water Supply Network In The City Of Oradea - Zone 4 With The Length Of L= 523 M, 5 Hydrants, 44 Branches, 7 Valves; - Extension Of The Sewerage Network In The City Of Oradea - Zone 4 With A Total Length Of L= 2,195 M, 344 Connections, 149 Visiting Homes; - Construction Of 4 New Wastewater Pumping Stations And Related Discharge Pipes With A Total Length Of 633 M; • Waste Water Pumping Station Spau28 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=8.00 Mca; • Wastewater Pumping Station Spau33 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=9.00 Mca; • Waste Water Pumping Station Spau29 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=6.00 Mca; • Waste Water Pumping Station Spau35 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 L/S, H=6.00 Mca. The Contract Includes: A) Construction Works; B) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; C) Testing And Commissioning; D) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Minimum 36-Month Or 48/60-Month Warranty Period. Execution Of The Works And Putting The Installations Into Operation - 8 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Order To Start The Work. The Warranty Period Is At Least 36 Months Or 48/60 Months. The Contractor Will Organize His Works According To His Own Experience And Technology According To The Technical Offer And The Execution Schedule (Gantt Chart) Within The Submitted Offer. In The Schedule, The Contractor Will Establish The Duration Of Execution For Each Street Separately, With The Contract Execution Duration Of 8 Months. The Start Of The Works Related To The Streets In The Chart Will Be Done Only With The Written Order Of The Beneficiary. According To The General Estimate Regarding The Expenses Necessary For The Realization Of The Entire Regional Project, Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses In The Amount Of 15,039,943 Lei Were Not Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract. During The Execution Of The Works, The Operation Of The Existing Networks Will Be Ensured At Normal Parameters, As The Case May Be. The Consolidated Response Will Be Posted As Follows: - Ec Will Only Respond To Requests For Clarifications Addressed Up To The 19Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers; - The Ec Will Send The Consolidated Response To Requests For Clarifications On The 15Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right Not To Respond To Any Request For Clarification After The Expiration Of The Term Provided Above.
