The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service To The Ordering Party Entitled: Providing Guide Services For Groups Of Organized Tourists And Individual Tourists On The Premises Of The Castle Museum In Malbork. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 3. The Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts Is Indicated In The Swz. 4. Requirement For Employment Under An Employment Contract 1) Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, Administrative Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract Should Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 2) Detailed Provisions Regarding The Fulfillment Of The Requirement Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Are Regulated In The Draft Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. Subcontracting 1) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. 2) The Contractor Who Intends To Perform The Order With The Participation Of The Subcontractor(S) Must Indicate In The Offer Form What Part (Scope Of The Order) The Subcontractor Will Perform And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. For This Purpose, Please Complete The Appropriate Offer Form, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex 2 To The Swz. 6. Joint Competition For The Award Of A Contract 1) Pursuant To Art. 58 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Contractors May Jointly Apply For A Contract. In Such A Case, In Accordance With Art. 58 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, Contractors Appoint A Representative To Represent Them In The Contract Award Procedure Or To Represent Them And Conclude A Public Procurement Contract. 2) In The Case Of A Civil Partnership, The Ordering Party Assumes That The Contractors Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Section 30 Of The Public Procurement Law, There Are Partners Of A Civil Partnership Whose Participation In The Procedure Is Treated As Joint Bidding For The Award Of A Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 58 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3) The Offer Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract Must Be Signed In Such A Way That It Legally Binds All Contractors Acting Jointly. 7.
