In Order To Cost-Effectively And Flexibly Satisfy The Clients Temporary Or Suddenly Arising Human Resource Needs, The Task Of The Winning At Is To Provide School Cooperative Members In Accordance With Act X Of 2006 On Cooperatives. The General Duration Of The Task Performance: Fixed, In Accordance With The General Working Schedule Governing The Client, I.E. From Monday To Thursday: Between 07:00 And 19:00, Within Which Period The Standard Time Is Between 10:00 And 15:00. Cooperative Members Are Entitled To A 20-Minute Break Between Work. The Client Does Not Provide The Cooperative Member With A Home Office Option. The Exact Duration Of The Task And Its Assignment For Each Task Are Included In The Individual Customer. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Number Of Cooperative Members Requested By The Client Is Planned To Be 25, Which Number Also Includes Those Cooperative Members Who, At The Time Of The Public Procurement, Provide Personal Assistance To The Client In The Context Of The Provision Of Services Through The School Cooperative And Whose Tasks The Client Still Requires In The Framework Of The Provision Of Services By The Trustee. Cooperative Members Provided By A Representative: 100% The Number Of Employees May Vary By 15% In A Positive Or Negative Direction. The Total Number Of Hours Planned To Be Performed By The Trustee Is A Minimum Of 80 Hours/Person Per Month.
