Education And Training Services – Amdl New Ways. The Object Of The Service Is The Implementation Of A Measure With The Funding Goal Of Establishing Process Capability And Stabilizing Performance. The Focus Is On Strengthening Participation In Case Management, Promoting Practical Life Skills, And Stabilizing The Framework Conditions And Performance. Aim Of The Measure: Restoring Contact With The Customer, Strengthening Cooperation Between Customers And Case Management, Connecting To Further Or Accompanying Support Offers (Homeless Assistance, Debt Counseling, Addiction Counseling, Social Psychiatric Service, Sociotherapy, Career Counseling (Rehab)), Stabilizing The Framework Conditions, Creating Daily Structure, Imparting Practical Life Skills, Approaching The Training Or Labor Market. The Measure Is Divided Into Two Modules (Basic And Activation Module). Participants Can Be Assigned To One Or Both Modules One After The Other. The Assignment To The Activation Module Can Take Place After The Basic Module Has Been Successfully Completed. The Activation Module Can Also Be Selected Without The Basic Module. The Objective Of The Basic Module Is Achieved When The Individual Problem Areas Have Been Addressed With The Participant In At Least 8 Meetings Within 3 Months, Solution Steps Have Been Developed And A Cooperation Plan Has Been Drawn Up As A Result Of A Three-Way Discussion Between The Participant, The Contractors Social Education Staff And The Client. At The End Of The Measure, The Provider Must Prepare An Individual Report For Each Participant. The Report Must Contain Recommendations For Further Integration Progress (E.G. Participation In The Activation Module, Participation In An Agh, Participation In A Qualification Measure). The Aim Of The Activation Module Is Achieved When, After 6 Months, The Participants Have Been Stabilized To Such An Extent That They Have Achieved A Daily Structure That Enables Them To Take Part In A Low-Threshold Measure, E.G. Agh. If Realistic Professional Prospects Have Already Been Developed, A Qualification Measure Can Even Be Sought In Close Coordination With The Client.
