Must Be Listed Continuously - Without Interruption - In The Register Of Holders Of A Waste Management License For The Entire Territory Of Hungary According To Act Clxxxv Of 2012 On Waste, Covering Waste Collection And Transport) And Must Have A Valid Contract For The Reception Of Waste With The Treatment/Disposal Facilities With The Fact That If The Bidder Does Not Fulfill This Obligation, The Bidder Is Entitled To Terminate The Contract With Immediate Effect In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract. In View Of All Of This, The Bidder Is Obliged To Submit In Its Offer The Valid Contract Of The Bidder And/Or Its Subcontractors Participating In The Performance With The Treatment/Disposal Facilities For Receiving Waste. The Detailed Task Description Is Contained In The Technical Description And Contract Draft Provided As Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. If At Any Point In The Invitation Or In The Public Procurement Documents, A Clear And Comprehensible Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Made It Necessary To Refer To A Thing Of A Specific Make, Origin, Type, Process, Activity, Person, Or Patent Or Trademark, It Must Be Interpreted In All Cases As If The Designation Was Made Only In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object, And It Should Be Interpreted As If The Term Or Equivalent Is Also Included Next To It.
