Parts Of Steam Turbines – Delivery Of Spare Parts For The Sst300 Turbine-Generator Assembly Installed And Operated At Ztpo With Serial Number 5929. 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Spare Parts For The Sst300 Turbine-Generator Unit Installed And Operated At Ztpo With Serial Number 5929. 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 3.3. Any Indication Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Places Of Origin In The Content Of The Documents Attached To This Swz Only Determines The Preferred Quality And The Level Of Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters In Which The Ordering Party Is Interested, And Should Be Understood As Containing The Words Or Equivalent. 3.4. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Products With Performance, Durability And Reliability Parameters Not Worse Than The Indicated Products, For Which The Installation/Device In Which They Will Be Installed Will Not Require Additional Adaptation Of Either The Main Device, The Entire Production Line, The Control System Algorithm Or The Ordered Part, Which Will Fully Cooperate With The Ordering Partys Other Devices, In A Way That Will Not Disrupt Or Impede The Current Operation Of The Plant. Products With The Same Dimensions And Connections As The Indicated Product, With The Same Design And Principle Of Operation As The Product Specified By The Ordering Party, So That It Constitutes A Spare Part. 3.5. Each Contractor Submitting An Equivalent Offer Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of Its Offer That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By It Meets The Requirements And Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters Specified In The Swz, Or Provides Better Solutions Than Those Described. The Equivalence Condition Will Be Considered Met If The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Meets All The Parameters Specified In The Minimum Requirements Defined In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3.6.
