Design Procurement Includes The Obligations According To The Construction Act And The Official Obligations And Requirements According To The Construction Permit According To The Construction Act, Including Data Model Requirements In Both The Permit And Acceptance Stages For All Design Areas. Applying For A Deviation Decision And An Investment Permit/Investment Agreement Are Part Of The Planning Task, If They Are Needed.
