The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Security For The State Border On The Land Section With Ukraine At The Bug River Border Guard Unit. The Architecture And Functioning Of The Electronic Barrier Guarantees Automated Continuity And Effectiveness Of Monitoring And Protection Of The State Border And Ensures Recognition, Identification Of Threats And Their Perpetrators, Collection Of Evidence And Taking Actions Precisely Aimed At Arresting The Perpetrators. The Implementation Of The Construction Of Security For The State Border With Ukraine Will Ensure The Detection Of All Events Related To Crossing The State Border, Regardless Of Weather Conditions, The Location Of Border Guard Patrols And The Technical Equipment Of The Perpetrators, And Will Also Ensure Effective Preventive Action On The Land Section Of The Border With Ukraine. In The Border Road, The Following Will Be Installed: A Fiber-Optic Detection Cable Under The Ground Surface (For Detecting Seismic Vibrations Of Moving Objects), A Fiber-Optic Transmission Cable (For Transmitting Data Necessary For The Operation Of The Electronic Barrier, As Well As Data From Existing Technical Border Protection Measures) And A Power Cable. Additionally: Daylight Cameras And Uncooled Thermal Imaging Cameras Installed On Poles. All Data Will Be Collected And Processed On Servers In Electro-Telecommunication Containers Located In Selected Places For Each Data Loop, And Then Transferred To The Existing Supervision Center Located At The Headquarters Of The Nadbużański Border Guard Branch Operated By Operators Using Dedicated Psim Class Integration Software. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Granted To It, And The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure On This Basis Was Provided For In The Contract Notice (Article 257 Of The Public Procurement Act).
