The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Premises Of The Waste Management Plant In Korczów (Address - Korczów 199, 23400 Biłgoraj) Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Slow-Speed, Single-Shaft Waste Shredder For The Needs Of Zzo In Korczów. The Device Will Be Used To Process Large-Sized Waste, Ballast Waste, Biodegradable Waste, Textiles And Insulating Materials Used In Construction. 2. Cpv 42996100 – Shredders. 3. The Device Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025.4. The Shredder Is Intended For Processing Large-Sized Waste, Branches, Kitchen Waste, Textiles And Clothes. 5. Required Warranty Period - 24 Months From The Date Of The Acceptance Protocol Of The Device Without Any Comments Or 2,000 Months, Depending On Which Comes First, Counted From The Date Of Fault-Free Acceptance Of The Machine, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol Signed By Both Parties. 6. The Contractor Will Ensure The Response Of The Service, Understood As Diagnosing The Fault Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification Sent By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail. The Contractor Will Repair The Device Within 14 Days. The Contractor Will Ensure The Availability Of Spare Parts For A Minimum Period Of Time. 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments By The Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor Will Deliver The Device Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, To The Waste Management Plant In Korczów, Where It Will Unload The Device And Start It Up In The Presence Of Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party In Order To Check Its Correct Operation.
