As Part Of The Order, Construction Works Should Be Performed (Disassembly Of The Existing Roofing Felt Roof Covering And Assembly And Construction Of A New Covering From A 10 Cm Thick Sandwich Panel Together With The Construction Of New Roof Vents, Dismantling The Existing Wooden Roof Structure And Assembly Of A Newly Designed Steel Structure, Dismantling The Existing Wooden Columns Along With Cutting Off The Existing Foundation Footings, Demolition Of The Crown Of External Walls About 90 Cm And Internal Walls About 40 Cm In Order To Make 25X25 Cm Wreaths And Support The New Structure Steel Roof, Disassembly Of Existing Garage Doors And Installation Of New Ones, Removal Of Loose Plasters On The Facade, Replacement Of Door And Window Joinery With New Ones, Disassembly Of Steel Elements From The Facade Along With Removal Of Protruding Concrete Elements, Replacement Of Existing Floors With New Ones And Renovation Of The Finishing Of The Internal Walls Of The Building - Plastering And Painting, Execution Of Horizontal Moisture Insulation, Extensions In The Ground, Construction Of A Plinth Made Of Clinker Tiles, Thermal Insulation Works, Insulation External Walls With Polystyrene With The Implementation Of A Façade Plaster, Construction Of A Utility Room Built Of Silka 18 And Covered With A Wooden Ceiling, Vertical Insulation Of Foundation Walls, Construction Of A Band Around The Building With Relocation Of The Surface) And Electrical Works (Disassembly Of The Lightning Protection And Electrical Installations With Accessories, Replacement Of The Cable Connector, Construction Of A Fire Protection Current Switch, Construction Of A New Lightning Protection And Electrical Installation Together With Accessories, Tests And Measurements Of The Lightning Protection Installation And Electricity). The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 To Swz.2. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Warehouse No. 29 Of Field Quartering Equipment, Ul. Kętrzyńskiego 1, Bemowo Piskie.3.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of: Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months.4.Warranty Period: For Physical Defects 36 Months From The Moment Of Final Acceptance Without Any Comments In Accordance With Art. 568 § 1 Cc5. The Contractor Will Conduct A Free Inspection Once A Year During The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract.
