The Subject Of The Order Is Waste Management With Code 17 09 04 - Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03 In An Amount Of Approx. 1,400 Mg. The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). The Above-Mentioned Waste Will Come From Renovation And Construction Works. These Elements May Include, Among Others: Parts Of Sanitary Facilities, Plastic Pipes, Plasterboard Fragments, Plastic Packaging, Siding, Floor Panels, Windows, Broken Enamel Buckets, Etc. 2. 1) The Place Of Waste Collection Is The Waste Management Plant At Ul. Kabaty Żywiec 2, Ul. Kabaty 2, And The Place Of Waste Management Is The Waste Management Installation Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Located At The Location Of The Contractor Https://Www.Google.Pl/Maps2) The Ordering Party Allows Changing The Waste Management Installation Specified In The Offer Only On The Condition That Another Installation Will Be Located Within A Radius Of 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer By A Contractor Who Has Decided Only To Collect Waste.4) The Ordering Party Will Transport Waste Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense.5) The Contractor Will Segregate Waste Marked As 17 09 04, Separating It At Least The Following Fractions: Wood, Metal, Glass, Plastic, Plaster And Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Bricks, Tiles And Ceramic Materials And Stones To Ensure Suitability For Preparation For Re-Use, Recycling Or Other Recovery
