Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of The Building At Horsta Bienka Street In Gliwice For The Purposes Of Expanding The Activities Of The Gliwice Vocational Activities Plant - Aparthotel (2)
1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Related To The Preparation Of Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building At Ul. Horsta Bienka 19 In Gliwice And Comprehensive Land Development. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, All Works Must Be Performed And All Opinions, Consents And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Design Must Be Obtained. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, All Works Must Be Performed And All Opinions, Consents And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Commence The Works Must Be Obtained In Accordance With The Construction Law - The Contractors Responsibilities Include Preparing An Application For Obtaining A Building Permit And/Or An Application For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And Obtaining A Building Permit And/Or An Application For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit. All Related Fees And Costs Are Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Introduces The Following Stages Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Stage 1 - Design Study For The Purposes Of Submitting An Application For A Building Permit And/Or An Application For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, Including - Multi-Sector Land Development Design, - Multi-Sector Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Expertise Of A Construction Appraiser And On Fire Protection To Be Met In A Manner Other Than That Specified In The Ministers Regulation Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location, - Agreement On The Above-Mentioned Expert Opinions With The Appropriate Provincial Commander Of The State Guard, - All Conditions Regarding The Connection Of Buildings, Arrangements, Opinions - Other, Not Mentioned Studies And Documents Necessary For The Completeness Of The Application For A Building Permit, And/Or The Application For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit. The Contractor Undertakes To Develop Design Documentation Together With Attachments Necessary To Submit To The Department Of Architecture And Construction Of The Gliwice City Hall A Complete Application For A Building Permit, And/Or An Application For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And To Prepare An Appropriate Application. B) Stage 2 - Other Design, Cost Estimate And Other Studies Not Prepared In Stage 1 Note: The Ordering Party Allows Combining The Technical Design And The Detailed Design Into One Documentation Description Of The Building And Description Of Land Development - Existing Condition: A) Description Of The Condition Of The Existing Building - According To Annex No. 13 To The Swz And According To Annex No. 5 To The Functional And Utility Program - Prepared In September 2025 R. - Annex No. 14 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Description Of The Building And Description Of Land Development - Designed Condition: A) Description Of The Condition Of The Designed Building
