The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In Quantities Of Up To 150 M3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Partial Deliveries Will Be Made, Including Filling The Titan Fm5000 Fuel Tank, Located In Dopiewo (Postal Code 62-070) On Plot No. 761/2 – Landfill. A Single Delivery Of Diesel Oil Will Be At Least 1M3 And Max 5M3. The Frequency Of Deliveries Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Diesel Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract On The Basis Of Orders Placed By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail Or In Writing. The Order Will Be Processed Within 48 Hours Of Placing A Partial Order. The Diesel Oil Being The Subject Of Delivery Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 590:2022-08 Standard Fuels For Motor Vehicles - Diesel Oils - Requirements And Test Methods And The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 10, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2024.1018, As Amended), And The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Take Precedence Over The Pn-En 590:2022-08 Standard. The Contractor Will Deliver Diesel Oil To The Ordering Partys Tank Using Means Of Transport That Meet The Standards Provided For In Environmental Protection Regulations And The Requirements Specified In The Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods. (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024.643). Settlement Of Deliveries To The Recipients Tank At The Premises Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Fuel Release System Applicable In Poland At A Reference Temperature Of +15Oc.
