The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Service Of The Running Route And Food Points During The Running Event Organized By The Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers: 18Th Pko Poznań Half Marathon - On April 19, 2026.2. The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of Waste Containers And The Management Of Collected Waste. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. Due To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For The Collected Waste, For Its Proper Handling, For The Resulting Consequences And For The Actions And Omissions Of Persons And Entities Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste.4. The Subject Of The Order Concerns Waste With The Code: 20 03 01 (Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract, With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Zlotys) For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. Third-Party Liability Insurance Should Cover Tortious And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences. Before Concluding An Agreement Regarding The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Copy Of A Valid Insurance Policy With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 50,000.00.
