The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Without Delivery Of Up To 500 Tons Of Hot Mineral And Asphalt Mass From A Bituminous Mass Plant Located In The Tarnów District, At A Distance Of No More Than 15 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Zgłobice, Ul. Zgłobicka 8. The Contractor Will Document Compliance Of The Composition Of The Offer Mixture From The Group Of Asphalt Concretes Intended For Use On Roads With The Pn-En 13108-1 Standard And Technical Requirements For Hot-Produced Asphalt Mixtures, As Well As The Conditions Of Their Production Wt-2-2014. The Document Confirming The Quality Of The Supplied Mineral And Asphalt Mixture Is The Current Technical Approval Issued By The Road And Bridge Research Institute In Warsaw Or Equivalent Documents Allowing And Confirming The Technical Parameters Issued By Relevant Units In The European Union And That The Offered Materials Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Attach To The First Purchased Batch Of Mass A Declaration Of Conformity Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Ibdim Technical Approval Allowing It To Be Used In Road Construction Or Another Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Delivered Goods With The Intended Use And Its Quality (E.G. Test Results). The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With The Appropriate Temperature Of The Sold Mass Upon Receipt. The Required Temperature Should Not Be Lower Than +160 Degrees C
