The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Guidelines For The Development Of Design Documentation Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Perform A Local Inspection Of The Area And The Facility At His Own Expense And Obtain (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) Any Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer. The Area And Facility Will Be Made Available After Prior Arrangement With A Technical Employee Of Tzom Ul. Ogrodowa 28/30 In Warsaw At Tel. (22) 49 58 486 From 9.00 A.M. To 2.30 P.M. The Inspection Should Be Carried Out While Meeting Safety Conditions Due To The Existing Threat Level In The Facility, And The Person Performing The Inspection Should Provide His Own Personal Protective Equipment.
