Customer: Rsu Institution No. 49 Place Of Service Provision: Republic Of Kazakhstan, Konaev, Zarechny Village, Kurmangazy Street 19/3, The Total Volume Of Solid Waste Removal Is 80 Cubic Meters. Per Week Requirements For The Supplier: 1. Have Special Equipment For The Removal Of Solid Waste, I.E. Garbage Trucks. 2. Have A Permit To Export Solid Waste; 3. Services For The Removal Of Solid Waste From An Institution Must Be Provided By The Contractor’S Specialists. 4. Have A Production Area (Base) With Boxes For Special Machines. 5. Have A Medical Room And Special Staff For Medical Examination Of Drivers. 6. Have A Mechanic And A Car Mechanic On Staff To Monitor The Technical Condition Of Special Equipment. 7.Additional Installation Of Four Metal Waste Containers With A Volume Of At Least 1.1 M3 At The Expense Of The Supplier. 8.Services Will Be Accepted By Authorized Representatives Of The Customer. The Provision Of Services Must Be Confirmed By Issuing Relevant Certificates Of Work Performed And Acts Of Acceptance And Transfer Of Services Provided; The Supplier Undertakes, Using Specialized Vehicles, To Remove Solid Waste From The Customer’S Territory, Ensuring Compliance With The Requirements Established By State Standards And Other Regulatory Documents, Sanitary Standards. Solid Waste Removal Schedule: Household Waste Must Be Removed: Monday, Thursday Or As Of The Actual Date (2) Once A Week According To The Schedule Agreed Between The Customer And The Contractor (Supplier) From 09.00 To 18.00. All Schedule Changes And Additional Requests Are Subject To Agreement With The Customer Service Provision Period: Starts From The Moment The Contract Is Signed. Ends December 31, 2026
