Invitation to Bid(Tender No. CUI/SWL/Procurement/FY 25-26/41/224)Laboratory Equipment Repair for Biosciences Department of CUI Sahiwal Campus 1.COMSATS University Islamabad, Sahiwal Campus, a public sector organization invites bids through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk from the original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/General Order Suppliers registered with income and sales tax departments and who are on active taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR for the work titled Laboratory Equipment Repair for Biosciences Department of CUI Sahiwal Campus. 2.The procedure of open competitive bidding is Single Stage-Single Envelope.3.The complete Tendering process will be carried out through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk. 4.Interested bidders are requested to register themselves on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit their tender documents through the EPADS.5.The Bid Security for the Bid is Rs. 18,980/- in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft (refundable) drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad-Sahiwal Campus (FTN/NTN: 9010416.) scanned copy of which is required to be uploaded through EPADS and hard copy must be submitted physically (In separate envelope) along with hard-copy of sealed bidding document on the closing date of the tender to COMSATS University Islamabad, Sahiwal Campus on the address given below.6.The tender documents must be submitted via EPADS latest by March 19, 2026 till 1200 hrs. Bids will be opened at 1230 hours on the same day, in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the same address.
